Can Teisoft provide me only with the application management service?

In order for us to better assist our clients, we strongly recommend them to move their applications to our hosting.

    What happens if I install/update a plugin that breaks down my website?

    We highly recommend our clients that let Teisoft technicians update or install plugins on their websites. If our clients decide to install plugins on their own, they need to be aware that these plugins are not covered under our Managed Hosting agreement. If a website breaks down because of these updates, an immediate fix will be made at the client's expense.

    What happens if Teisoft installs/updates a plugin that breaks down my website?

    If it’s our fault, we'll fix it, and you won't be charged a dollar. Our policy is to promptly restore your site with the most recent backup, find the issue, and fix it as soon as possible.

    What if I need something you don't offer in your current plans?

    We offer different plans; each of them offers different features. If you happen to need something that is not included in any of our plans, then you have the option to contact us for a customized plan. A technician will help you to find the plan that works best for you.

    Can I have a dedicated hosting?

    Yes. We will always provide you with a dedicated server unless you select our Basic plan. Dedicated servers mean you won’t have to share resources with another client.

    Is Teisoft's Cloud Hosting reliable?

    Our Cloud Hosting is powered by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which offers unmatched scalability, reliability, and support.

    Why do I need backups?

    "You can't get car insurance after you have crashed a car. Neither can you backup your data once it has been lost!" According to Richmond House Group, about 20% of small to medium-sized businesses will suffer a major disaster, causing loss of critical data every five years. Considering this, we strongly recommend you to periodically backup. Fortunately, we periodically backup your data so you can have peace of mind.

    I know I can find a managed hosting plan cheaper than Teisoft's. What do you have to say about that?

    Cheaper does not necessarily mean better. For instance, each of our Maintenance plans includes an AMS package that comes with monthly maintenance hours for you to use on any of the following:

    How can I use my monthly maintenance hours work?

    Every month, depending on your plan level, you will have several hours for maintenance at your disposal. Every time you ask for a task that falls into the maintenance category, our service team will estimate how many hours it would take to complete the task. After the task is completed, the number of hours utilized for completing the task will be subtracted from the original amount of hours.

    For instance, let's say your AMS plan includes 8 maintenance hours a month, and you request to add a new report to your web application. Assuming that it would take us 6 hours to complete your request, you will end up with 2 hours left for you to use for the rest of the month.

  • What if I run out of maintenance hours in the current month?

    If you don't have any remaining hours for the current month, but you need us to help you with an additional task, this is when a benefit called "Monthly Hours Advance" comes into play. Depending on your plan, you are entitled to use maintenance hours from future months, so you don't have to waste your time waiting for the next month's hours to become available.

    If your plan does not include the "Monthly Hours Advance" benefit,  we will either pause until the next month's hours become available or complete your request with an overage rate according to our agreement.

    How does the Monthly Hours Advance benefit work?

    Let’s say your plan includes 10 hours monthly, but you want to complete a 15-hour ticket in the current month. You could use all 10 hours for the current month, plus 5 hours from the next month, and have 5 hours remaining next month. At that point, you’ll need to either pause until the next month's hours become available or complete your request with an overage rate according to our agreement.

    Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes, you can cancel your subscription any time at no cost.
