This Cookie Policy explains how Teisoft LLC (“Teisoft,” “we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on teisoftllc.com and on the Teisoft Exposure Platform™ customer portal at platform.teisoftllc.com (together, the “Website and Platform”).
This policy covers technologies placed on your browser or device when you visit us. It does not cover the security telemetry Teisoft collects when performing contracted services such as attack surface scanning or penetration testing — that data is governed by your service agreement and by our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are?
Cookies are small data files a website stores on your browser or device. They let a site recognize your browser across requests — for example, to keep you signed in, remember a preference, or measure how the site is used.
We also use related technologies that work similarly and are covered by this policy: pixels and tracking tags, browser local storage, and software development kits within our Platform.
Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
Required for the Website and Platform to work. These cannot be switched off through our preference center, because the service cannot be delivered without them. They are used for:
- Authentication — keeping you signed in to your Teisoft Exposure Platform™ account.
- Security — protecting accounts and infrastructure against automated abuse, credential stuffing, and fraud.
- Session management and load balancing — routing your requests correctly across our hosting infrastructure.
- Preference storage — remembering your cookie choices once you have made them.
Functional
Remember choices you make so you do not have to re-enter them — for example, information already entered in a form or a display preference. Disabling these does not break the site, but parts of it become less convenient.
Analytics and performance
We deploy analytics technologies through Google Tag Manager to understand:
- Which pages are visited, and how visitors found us.
- Website and Platform performance, including page speed and errors.
- How visitors interact with our free assessment tools and resource downloads.
- General usage patterns, so we can improve our content and product.
This data is used in aggregate to improve the service. We do not use it to build individual advertising profiles of Platform customers.
Advertising
We run advertising campaigns through Google Ads. These technologies measure which visits and actions (such as submitting a form) result from our ads, and, where remarketing is enabled, allow us to show relevant ads to previous visitors on other websites.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners such as Google for the purposes described above may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws, even though no payment is involved.
Your choices
Cookie preference center. You can manage all non-essential cookies at any time through the preference center linked in our site footer. Your choice is stored and applies to future visits from the same browser.
Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies directly, and offer a “do not track” setting. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent parts of the Website and Platform from working.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the Effective Date above and, where required, notify you through the Website or the Platform.
